Stephan Hausmeister (born 1958) is a contemporary German artist who lives and works in England where he moved in 1992, when he was awarded a DAAD fellowship to London. He studied painting at the University of Arts in Berlin during the 1980s.
Stephan Hausmeister: "I took this photo myself one evening in the summer of 2006 and with photoshop inserted another photo of a hugging performance by the Gao Brothers into it in June 2009."
